Application review
- Input
- Artwork, substrate, size, run profile and final use
- Output
- Trial matrix with the variables to hold, change and measure
- Boundary
- A screen review cannot confirm adhesion or wash behavior
Service begins before installation. A useful handoff records the substrate, ink channel configuration, profile, pass mode, cure or transfer settings, finishing sequence and acceptance criteria that define the job.
The sequence separates measurable findings from assumptions. It also keeps a later change in ink, film, board or fabric from being mistaken for a machine fault.
Replace “good quality” with measurable needs: viewing distance, white opacity, contour tolerance, rub exposure, wash cycle or forming step.
Record media preparation, ambient conditions, profile, pass mode, ink channels, heater or lamp settings and any pre-treatment.
Run a compact matrix that isolates the suspected control point. Multiple simultaneous changes may hide why a result improved or failed.
Powder and press DTF film, transfer sublimation paper, laminate signage or allow the specified cure interval before evaluation.
Keep the approved physical sample with its job settings and material identifiers. Revalidate after any material, ink or process revision.
Send the substrate, finishing path and acceptance check. The reply can focus on the conditions that need evidence.
