Effective July 30, 2026. These terms govern use of this informational website and its inquiry forms.
Informational scope
Printer, ink, media and workflow content is provided for preliminary evaluation. It is not a quotation, warranty, certification, safety instruction or promise that a configuration will meet a particular application. Availability, specifications and service routes may differ by model and region.
Application decisions
You are responsible for confirming material compatibility, ventilation, operator training, maintenance, curing or transfer conditions, finishing and applicable regulations. Samples and trial observations apply to the recorded test conditions and should be revalidated after material or process changes.
Inquiry submissions
Submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, export-controlled files or confidential production artwork through a general inquiry form. A submission does not create a purchase contract or service-level commitment.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site text, layout and visual assets may not be misrepresented as independent certification or copied for unlawful use. You may retain reasonable extracts for evaluating a potential transaction.
Limitation and updates
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or complete accuracy. Terms may be updated when site functions or legal requirements change.
